No one really knows how strong AGS's M&D C Case is?

Whats the real motive with it.

Leverage or Return of the asset?

imo AGS should not accept the ML but rely on the M&D C Matter to be played out in the Courts IF their Case is winnable and there is no compromise from H/Q.

Again it comes down to the strength and motive of the M&D C Matter.imo

If its not strong then accept the ML and get on with it.

Problem there is, that the stampede out of AGS by s/term holders will retard the share price for quite some time imo

Interesting times ahead but my hopes faded long ago.lol
