Usually, trading halts for cap raisings are becuase the company are still working out the final details and wish to do so while the stock is not trading.
I think given the attention this stock is receiving from retail investors, some sort of SPP tacked onto what is probably a corporate CR would be a wise move from the company and would generate some goodwill.
