The upcoming general meeting effectively becomes a shareholder vote on the HOA going ahead. Unless an alternative plan comes to light before the meeting, it will be difficult to vote for Mr Tsang resolutions imo. a 50% majority vote is needed to pass and Mr Tsang holds 22.8% so would need the support of 1 or 2 other major shareholders. Im sure he has a few friends and acqaintances on the registry so the vote could go either way.
