I see Goldman Sachs have been playing with PXUPA's- in and out quickly. So hard to know what they are up to.
Blues, as per your first post: is it possible that PXUPA holders could be offered a partial buyback (on-market, for example)- of say 30%, and the rest could be converted into shares (or some combination of the above)? This could provide some level of cash return to PXUPA's, and would be less dilutive to PPX shareholders.
Possible? Attractive?
