40 gram dirt over 57m is as rare as rocking horse poop. It dosnt get much better than that starting at 40m. On top of this most of it its oxide which is usually free digging, free digging means no drill and blast, gold processing plants eat up oxide ore like vegemite on toast unlike sulphides which means rock which means much higher processing costs and much higher open cut mining rates due to great depth

If 40 grams is "Mediochre" whats 5 or 10 gram dirt??? I'll give you a tip, 7 - 8 gram dirt is considered high grade(mines run at 2 - 3 grams with healthy profit margins) and this is 5 X richer, the pair of you wouldnt know poop from clay let alone a good gold result when it landed in your lap.
