Jim Heughes needs to sit on the backbench. He is a pathetic business leader.
He has led empty promise after empty promise for many years. I have been a CTP shareholder for a LONG time.
It's time to buckle down. Get rid of him. Sack him. He's useless. He may be a geologist who wears 3rd-world country brown jackets, but he is no leader. He cannot lead a company. He cannot get the job done. He just can't. He's had more than enough time to prove this.
If any of you have seen the 'presentations' Jim gives out, you'll choke on your own vomit. The man cannot even present himself well. His knowledge of powerpoint is pathetic, it looks like a kindergarten child put together some words in a text-box with miscellanous pictures.
Install someone else new.
At least somebody that can get the job done. We've paid JH enough CEO money over the years.
