GENERAL: MCK: Below-market price offer by Zero Commission NZ Limited
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited ("MCK") has been made aware
of an offer to its smaller shareholders from Zero Commission NZ Limited to
purchase their holding in MCK. The offer price is 37 cents per share.
MCK's Board has reviewed the offer. On behalf of the Board, MCK's Chairman,
Mr. H R Wong, has issued the following letter to all shareholders today and a
copy forms part of this release.
