Didn't you read the Annual Report, any profits the company makes "IF EVER", will flow directly to the executives. $5 million to the top 4... look at the conditions of the performance shares, it's as good as saying "the more we lose for our shareholders, the more we get". God forbid, how much they'll think they're worth if they make a profit.
