re: battle rages for cleanup money You're a long way off the mark..... some people who did a lot for VTI shareholders & Directors held through thick & thin because they were assured of many things that turned out to be false whilst B1 was behind their backs selling down & getting into real estate..... at times other unexpected commitments require assets to be sold & its a mistake to allow "mates" to be aware of those issues... other details regarding an underwriting agreement, related part transactions, fiduciary duty, & option funding, all that will oneday make interesting reading have surfaced since!
