The director of the ASX Limited (ASX:ASX) David Gonski has resigned and will take up an appointment as Chair of the Future Fund Board of Guardians starting next month.
The ASX Board has elected Roderic Holliday-Smith to replace Mr Gonski. Mr Holliday-Smith was appointed a director of ASX in 2006.
He is also the Chairman of Cochlear Limited (ASX:COH) and a director of Servcorp Limited (ASX:SRV).
The ASX generated a net profit of $175.6 million in the six months to December 31 2011.
