re: class action asx release Ugh, please read what I wrote again. My second point was in reference to ALL not VLL! IMF's case was discontinued because the ALL shareprice underwent a stellar recovery.
As much as I would like to see the directors of VLL strung up by the balls for their incompetence and lack of controls, I do not think that IMF's case is likely to succeed, and as such, unless there is something in the information pack that changes my mind, I will not be getting on board.
Furthermore, I believe that even IF IMF does win, and IF the directors cough up the cash, the appelants will be left with almost nothing after IMF takes its fees out of the damages awarded.
