We have new management and Finch's secession plan is happening as we speak. Give Wayne a call mate, introduce yourself and you might be happy with what he has to say. If not, then I don't think IFE is for you.
Insofar as timeline's, we are moving into the June Quarter next week and relative to the size of the project when work starts it won't be stopping mate.
I hope you can see the good that will come out of IFE and I respect your concerns.
