Thanks for your comments.I'm not sure that NGL'S are worth more than oil but maybe they are here. My research indicated that NGL's into (US)market were $70 -90/barrel (company A). Company B quoted an average return of 70% of oil price, so I erred on the conservative side.
I guess the difference is in the content of the NGL's. I attributed $14 to NGL in ground, to reflect the 70% of oil price/$20barrel oil inground.
As you say we have Tapis quality crude and that fetches top dollar, so I am happy to work with your $30/barrel/inground oil.
Are you also saying you would attribute $30/bbl to total liquids inground, or just the oil?
