agree kevjb. as a former holder i've been following cnx for a few years and been watching closely waiting for it to come out of it's funk.
everything released today suggests they've had some watershed moments during complex planning but i'm not reading confidence into an independent way forward.
sounds more like they've pulled themselves together to create attraction for someone else to save them.
at what cost? and what if it takes 6 or 12 months for other parties to come on board.
i'm surprised by the big market reaction today and not sure that it will last once all the facts are digested.
