Thanks for the post which confirms my information also. I simply do not understand why the company did not inform us of this. It ought not come out through leaks from well informed posters.
The company might not have had an obligation to tell us but they should and it would not have taken any effort to do so.
I think that a company should be run as transparently as possible and information flows should be largely unimpeded unless sensitive.
It would certainly have saved me the bother of 'bothering' the directors with emails about this issue and emails I might mention which were not expeditiously or informatively dealt with.
