I am struggling to see any substantial information that is new in this announcement. A waste of space as an update.

Yet again there are none of the conventional and brief closing statements other companies courteously append to their announcements. For example:

What is GCN. Who is the contact person for the announcement.

What is SIS. Who is the contact person for the announcement.

Does anybody know if it is still the case that Richard Li of SIS is advising Richard Li of GCN? Nothing wrong about that, so long as GCN is getting good advice from SIS.

Without spending money at ASIC it is not possible to see these company structures. Useful information about the corporate network of Sinos (that includes GCN) was recently removed from http://sino.com.au/

The page is now said to be under construction. They evidently don't know that you can construct a replacement web page offline, and upload it to replace an existing page without a gap in providing information.
