Shandong Energy in bid to acquire Rocklands Richfield

AUSTRALIAN coal explorer Rocklands Richfield has received a takeover offer from Shandong Energy Linyi Mining Group that values Rocklands at up to $202.4 million, an informed source said.
Shandong Energy is an unlisted state-owned Chinese company.
