a quarter for most holders will be too generous is my guess
keep in mind the scale back takes into account your holding size - thus someone with 1 share will get less than someone with 100,000 shares if both applies for the same amount.
big/bigger holders will get close to the 15k they applied for, so among smaller holders (most of us) there'll be less than $2k worth of shares per person on average
