yes of course samkos, a few things need to fall into place first to get there but... things ARE falling into place already, almost unexpectedly.
I think this is real, I think this is do-able and it certainly wouldn't be the first time a scenerio like WHL's played out with a very positive outcome! Think Hardman - a sub 10 cent company that sold out for over $2.00 per share!
I have previously refered to the "Frenzy" scenerio and I also think this is a very real possibility under the right conditions.
It may be stating the obvious, but with two forces working together simultaneously such as global energy security/instability AND the specific geographical region near East Africa / Seychelles coming of age, absolutely anything is possible and can explode quite suddenly!
