I don't suppose the trade deals between them would be too much of a hinderance so, yeah, it could happen... then again... that's probably the whole point isn't it? Influence in the region: Russia or US? Don't know but Chechnea would be a big element in this equasion. Who is Chechnea helped by if not by US so as to get a foot closer to Russia?
