Cause they want to force it to around 2.6 to 2.7 accumulate stack the sell orders. Then clear it buy a few on the way up and let it run up. Easy to do on a stock where major news is due, especially if it's undervalued.
Just got push it down where people have stops if you bought at 3.2 3.1 a lot will stop out at 2.7 as there stop would be there
