Hey Juggernaut, I have no doubts that Reefton will head north as you say particularly on any announcement from the co. re: exclusive uranium licence. But tell me what Hudsons have to do with the co.

I thought that Shore Capital Stockbrokers had just 'joined' the co. register...(see below)

Reefton Mining N.L (the 'Company')

Placement of Shares to UK Broker

The board of directors of Reefton Mining NL are pleased to advise that they have
placed 3,692,307 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to
Shore Capital Stockbrokers Ltd at an issue price of (Aus) 6.5 cents per share.
The issue has raised (Aus)$240,000 before costs, which will be used for working
capital purposes.

This brings the total issued ordinary share capital of the company to
296,616,677 shares.

Shore Capital Stockbrokers Ltd are one of the more active market makers for the
Company's securities on the Alternative Investment Market ('AIM') in London, and
the Board is delighted to have them join the Company's register of members.

The above securities have been issued without a disclosure document under Part
6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

These securities will be entered into uncertificated holdings today. Further,
application will be made for the admission of the fully paid ordinary shares to
trade on AIM on 20 July 2005.
