I'm suggesting there may be an element of those who bought with a BESBR plan leading up to the reconnection, selling off...last 4 days...sort of like what happens with an expl drill, the BESBS crew.
OEL appears to bear testament to this too.
Seems most who wanted to buy beforehand have done so...now we wait for the news...and I would expect some more selling into good news, but hopefully the buyers who've waited will be strong.
