Im with Statsman circa 4pm is the deadline lets be fair and wait and see. Also 11 April is the really critical date not this one. This one more shows likely intentions from Timeone which many will form an opinion on relating to payment by the 11/4. Eg no money today then the chance of full payment by 11/4 not likely and vice versa.
If the day passes with silence then bring out the knives until then give management a chance.
Hey may be the money wont be paid but if management advise why then i am happy with that to a degree as long as the explanation makes sense with some light at the end of the tunnel.
