I have been in this stock for e few years and bought more recently, when all this excitement started.

I really can't understand this cultish respect for the previous MD. The market is cheering his sacking. The institutions are saying the company is now open for business, and the shareholders are making money. I can only assume you guys who are fretting about giving the 'castle' away for too little, either have minimal holdings, and/or have wound yourselves up into a fantasy over 100 times multiples or some such.

Why hurry, why expedite? There was $7m in the bank a month ago, ie, petty cash.

I am only a bush lawyer, but perhaps someone could explain how, under the 'conflict of interest' provisions, JH could sue the company and not resign as a director. Serious question. Does anyone know the law there?

And finally, here is a suggestion to the counter-revolutionaries, ie, the current regime who are presiding over the SP rise: why not pre-empt the board argument by bringing in another heavyweight director as a compromise solution?
