Obviously it has not been 'practical' to declare. I've got no idea of the timeline requirements, but if it's not in someone's interest then they will leave it till as late as possible - or cry ignorance! Whoever has been doing the buying probably hasn't had the chance to count them all yet.

Perhaps they are scatted across several accounts and brokers?

Someone at the register is probably counting and recounting the sum total as we speak. Ha Ha.

Then perhaps there's another mob in a back room sorting out the paperwork, which they now have all weekend to do.

Interesting times ahead. Hope it's worth the wait.

Thankfully I've had a bit of time to watch the show his week. Been very good for my apprenticeship (market).
