I was at HK Mines & Money last week. Nev POwer gave an awesome preso. Says they are still on track for the 2013 target of 155mT.
When to preso by leading banking group last year. They see forward P/E based on earnings of 2, which they said would be much higher. 8x at least. Thus share price will be multiples of present price.
POIO has an effective floor under it at US$120 for 62% Fe.
FMG will sell all they produce. Every extra tonne they ship reduces their per tonne costs. So minimum profit margin of around US$80/t is highly likely.
July 13 : 100mT X $80/t = too big a figure for me to calculate.
