I cannot get my head around the reality of the discussions regarding suppression of share price to enable a takeover (partial or complete)by Exergen.
They knew the basics of the tenements when the price was 5/6 cents. So why didn't they start buying shares then and make an offer when they reached the maximum number bought at market.
And with everything about to happen now why don't they move before the price begins to escalate.
A move now is (to me anyway) going to be cheaper than anytime in the future.
And the value of the tenements will have to be reflected in any offer, as has been discussed.
