BRU say they were approached by 2 instos for shares & placed with them $17 m of shs at 65cts being 3,65 % below 5 days prev sp average.
The same deal was offered holders but few took their rts.
Little dilution - the asset backing per the market assessment at the date of the issue not significant for participants. The big gainer were thr two instos who had done their homework.
