but be cautious, i remember seeing a sweet lady on the ABC news who sold her investment property in the gold coast last year and was so happy she could buy 3 houses in the US for her money........ bet shes kicking herself now as the average prices continue to fall, she should have put her hard earned in some of that inert and toatally pointless stuff 'Gold' ( as you call it) rather than such a rock solid performer like Property.
