no data has been released by amx for DD .
suitors can look at the data , but they first have to sign a 2 year "no action" aggreement.
OR
they can put in a binding offer to gain access to all the info.
once one company puts its best foot forward , the other interested parties will follow . And then you have yourself a bidding war hopefully.
Deposits and land holdings like amx's , are as rare as hen's teeth.
