What proportion do RJ and Chinese hold of Icon? Unless one of these parties agreed to sell their shares, it would make it very difficult to do an "on market" takeover (i.e. too much money would be needed to chase too few shares).

A script offer would be less of a problem I imagine, especially for RJ...that would give him a secure retirement package, plus the payout of his five??? year contract, plus the upside of appreciating BPT shares in the long run.
