It's not a pension fund and I am free to roll over or take lump sum.
Probably will start a SMSF when I pull the pin and go straight to an account based pension. Still looking for a service who will set it up for me and do the accounts and audits. Have found a few and will probably use one of these rather than a fully on line provider.
It's a bit daunting when you have no experience but I'm getting educated.
I will be attending a seminar in the near future which is put on the Qsuper. I'll bet they won't be talking about SMSFs though.
