wow 2 for 1 beach stock I would definitely take that deal!!! very much hoping for a t/o myself only because I don't want to see a repeat of last time... ie ICN gets the GSA but then the SP collapses because the market has zero confidence in its ability to follow through. If nobody buys out ICN then what happens? capital raising? bad news for the SP... so yes a t/o would be nice!!!!
