Thats right,just a guess,no better,no worse than anyone elses.
Given the time milestones,dont see much time to be worn down.
Also management and the top twenty may hold 40 percent,not totally unsurmountable,presumably any new deal will have to be voted on.
The line that interests me is," whether all transactions under the MID can be implimented on varied terms".
How many transactions are there?, I"ll have reread the MID.
