location analysis

Finally DRG have decided to start drilling.

I have added to my holding over the last week but now regret it after the release of the drill hole location. No wonder the company didnt released this earlier.

My concerns are:

1) BTE-001 is on the lower edge. Is the bulk of the coal in our tenement or in the adjacent land?

2) BTE-003 returned no sign of coal. Its only 1.5Km away from BTE-002. Not that far given we are targeting a 100Mill tonne resource. It is smack bang in the middle of the proposed drill locations so why would BT-10/BT-09 return anything significant given BTE-003 didnt?

3) BTE-004 returned no hit but BTE-005 did. Given BTE-004 is closer to the big hits than BTE-005, this may suggest its part of a different coal deposit (again on the edge!)

Its hard to see coal running from BTE-001 to BT-01 to BT-12 given BTE-003 is a dud.

I have provided my feed back on todays announcement. Any comments would be welcomed. Down ramping aside, I am looking forwad to drill results but not as bullish as I would have liked.
