I just can't figure out why it would require a TH to settle SIOC. Especially since the market was updated that it was imminent. What could possibly be so sensitive about the payment of an overdue bill within a couple of days of the specified date?
Makes me wonder if something more is happening in addition and they will be announced together. Either VanMag or an asset deal - Ferreira extension maybe?
