Mav if we're not careful we are in line for those green shields, you know, the empty can makes the most noise award.

I am not against a TO per se. But, it would HAVE to be fair and reasonable, given what we MIGHT (should) be worth in 3 months time AFTER the horizontal well is drilled in 855.

I just can't have it that people are puting ICN in the same basket (as in basket case) as ADE. ICN is TOTALLY different to ADE and should NEVER be confused with it.

We (certainly you and I) have put up with all the crap that has been around ICN for years, in the hope that it would one day deliver. Mav, and I'm certain that you agree, don't you think that 855 is THAT pot of gold at the end of the rainbow??
That will accelerate our SP to triple what it is now, and if we tie that in with the GSA delivery, don't you then agree that ICN "could" be worth several times what it is now?? THAT is why I would hate to see a TO before 885 is drilled.

And that is why I keep saying that IF BPT wanted ICN they would have acted before now, well before now. Or, if they have stuffed up there, then they will need a VERY big offer BEFORE the 855 well is drilled, which, IMO they simply can't afford. Again, just MO.

But, what do you think about my thoughts on the "Fund". If I am right there, then you can forget all about a BPT TO in the foreseeable future. The buying would be DEFENSIVE, not, predatory. It might even be RJ??
