From what I can ascertain, along for the ride still is Centaurus Capital who still appears to hold 5.8% SBL. Haven't seen a ceasing to be subtantial owner notice yet which by rights I think should have appeared yesterday if that was the case.

It's also interesting that they chose to offload their initial 6.8% stake to Weiss and not convert to LG.

Makes me mindful of CC's mantra "selectively invest capital on the basis of a rigorous bottom-up fundamental approach" & "deep value investments in securities that we believe are undervalued relative to their fundamental or intrinsic value, or which we expect to appreciate"

I wondered also if anyone can knows if any other ghanian gold mine or explorer has 30% ghanian ownership. From what I've been able to ascertain from web searches is 10% appear to be the norm and wondered why SBL is different.
