2 years ago the company signed a non binding JV MOU with Henan Jinqu Gold Company China to develop the city mines , complete with a fanfare and photo of the event and smiling faces all round.This subsequently fizzled out as it seems this recent DEAL has, so as usual the market and shareholders are in the dark as to what if anything is happening at the company other than they are still currently listed on the ASX.
