It is a big jump in the NPV from the PFS (59M) ... pretty much bang on 2.5 times (side gloat to self: post #7221451)
Yup, it is a screaming buy imo also, I can't seem to find that option in the HC drop down ...
I am sure that it is reasonable to be confident in the granting of the licence based on news reports out of Kyrgyz Rep. so the market will have to wake up to Manas sometime soon.
