HSU Thomson report goes to prosecutors

Fair Work Australia (FWA) has referred its investigation report on the Health Services Union's national office to Commonwealth prosecutors.

FWA's general manager Bernadette O'Neill, in a statement released on Tuesday, said the 1100-page report included 181 contraventions of workplace laws.

The investigation looked at the union's financial management under former general secretary and now federal Labor MP Craig Thomson.
