Off to the DPP .. and of course to 'discuss the case further would be inappropriate' .. hence expect nothing from Gillard and her sycophants.
Perfect outcome for Gillard - big win all round for the ALP. Thomson carries on and the DPP investigates for another year or two.

"Fair Work Australia has referred a report into the Health Services Union to the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.
For the past three years the industrial watchdog has been investigating the union's national office, and its former secretary Craig Thomson, who is now a federal Labor MP.
Fair Work general manager Bernadette O'Neill says she has referred the report to prosecutors for consideration of possible criminal action.
The 1,100-page report has found more than 180 breaches of the rules governing the union."
