Has anyone been in-touch with the company in the past week? And if so were you able to get any details regarding the past weeks trading activities?
I haven't had a problem getting in touch with them in the past, but for some reason management seem to be reluctant to return my attempts to contact them since the weekend.
I have asked key questions, including;
1. The increase in trading volumes - what is the current % make-up of the top twenty shareholders?
2. Are they aware of any new significant shareholders on the register?
3. Does the Platmin/Pallinghurst/IDC/Newco 'strategic venture' change the industry landscape in South Africa (at a minimum the Western Bushvale area) and does provide positive near-term opportunities for PLA?
A friend did hear back over the weekend, but was only provided with a extract from the register dated Wednesday 21 March 2012, which was before BOA's substantial notice and last weeks action - and so seemed a bit suspect to me.
Has anyone had any luck or got any info?
