Fair call on the NBN my real beef is that it could be done so much cheaper - a large debate but short on words. But your statement - yep I was being pig headed due to the one line spin coming out of one quarter. Good call.
If you read my initial posts I am not happy with how the infrastructure was allowed to run down while the debt was repaid and I wanted rid of Howard for a number of reasons not just that. The illegal war etc all lousy.
Did Costello have a plan to ramp up the infrastructure once the debt was repaid? This we will never know as I said. I am not right wing and tried to come in here with a balanced view however the really annoying rot I heard was from a left wing stooge and this is what i was reacting to. I am only human - read his lines and look at the tactics it just put me offside so I thought I might have some fun in the meantime.
