Saw the image of Elton, his partner and their new born baby. This is not about having what's needed, but more about having what's wanted and making a point at the same time. What man in his dwindling years would want to bring up a child and without a mother? Yet, if a woman in her early 50s uses IVF to have her one and last chance of ever having a child then the snipers come out "she's too old" or "imagine the child at 18 - it's mother will be 70!"

But nothing, nada I hear about this foul mouthed, bad tempered 'has been' that wants his mudcake and rub our noses into it.

Gay marriage is fad that's hip and trendy - if you're for it then you're in, against it and not only are you out but you're labelled as well. I hear the same arguments over and over again that no one has the right to deny two people who deeply love each other to get married.

No one has ever stated that homosexual couples cannot ever love each other - you don't need marriage as a licence to proclaim your devotion. Marriage was created by heterosexuals for heterosexuals symbolising a balanced and stable relationship in the traditional sense, where a family can be raised and reared with the 'best chance' possible of leading a normal life. True, there's bad hetro marriages and good homo relationships, so no need to bring out that old chestnut.

So if you pro gays want marriage to be available to homosexuals due to your argument that 'no one has the right to deny two people who love each other deeply to get married', then does that means you now have no grounds to deny other non conforming relationships to enter into marriage? Tell me your reasons why someone cannot have more than one wife and why? What if a woman truly loves 2 men and they both love her and they each other as well. But marriage is for only 2 people isn't it? Not once you corrupt its integrity!

You want to dive right into this pile of muck and not get your hands dirty and will sling it at anyone's direction who disagrees with you. Well whoopee doo, give yourself a round of applause and make sure everyone can hear you while you're at it. The problem is, once you open up this box of calamities then there'll be no stopping the inevitable aftermath of the wrong doings, because you're going to eventually have to go against your tired argument and deny marriage to other non conforming individuals that truly love each other.
