Balanced budgets help keep inflation low and rates down, so does the price of oil. We are already paying full price on petrol as if the AUD was at 75c I have watched that pathetic game of ratchet up and fail to bring back the price of fuel from the oil companies and governmentS have done nothing.
But the overwhelming cause of high inflation comes from expansion of the money supply look at monetary history and try to learn something.

PS if you are right about the ALP doing a fantastic job and the Central Banks doing a fantastic job for the people then why has inflation been rampant for 100 years and why are voters so upset? Why did the money supply blow out to ludicrous levels and government debt blow out so high??? Why is gold so high and rising? Why.....?
