At least we now know that details re IPO are 1-2 weeks away.
No update on MCC means that it is still bogged down in the courts and hence nothing to report.
No update on divvie as they are probably waiting to get some clarity on the other issues before they make a decision on the divvie.
In summary, there is no news to tell, so all we can do is just wait.
