Yeh true, they are blaming the 88Mil on the Dubai project but Hastie's honesty has been questionable many times. That's their biggest issue with share price is that rabbits keep coming out of the hat and a few more rabbits in the hat could send them under.
My hope is they have cleaned out the closet and are being 100% transparent. If they had and can make their forecast. They will prolly slid along for another year then the SP would be in for significant gains. If more thing start popping up I can't see them staying afloat very long.
I think Hasties share price represent the lack of trust from investors. their market cap is 37Mil and their forecasting 14Mil profit next half that's a clear sign investors don't trust their forecast and who could blame them.
