I preferred to wait for official announcements, as no-one confided in or gave me opportunity to consider a board protest, etc.
I think being involved in behind the scenes agitation and plotting to overthrow a board, (ie people from their jobs), and being involved in allowing the giving away of CTP's coal assets,... without proper consultation with us ordinary shareholders was wrong.
Something tells me this has not been an honourable exercise, with who knows what ramifications to follow ?
I'm sure if it was organised better, earlier on, if necessary, with proper notification and discussion, (and lead by someone who has the ability and knowledge of company rules/regs, etc, with CTP shareholders, especially through HC members, and with no *^(64)$## cryptic jibberish, there really could have been a fairdinkum protest to the Board.
